FAQ’s

  • Shipping

All items are shipped using Australia Post or Sendle. Once your order is placed, I aim to package and send your item/s within 2-5 business days and send using Express Post.

I package my ceramics with a lot of care and as securely as possible. Unfortunately, once the package leaves my hands I can no longer guarantee the safety of the ceramic pieces. This is why I insure everything that I post. I have rarely experienced breakages, but in the event of a breakage, I ask that you contact me as soon as possible with a photo of the broken item so I can begin the insurance process on my end. Once I have received evidence of the breakage I will then be able to process an exchange, credit, or refund for you.

  • Refunds/Exchanges/Credits

Everything I create is handmade and so variation in finish and form is inevitable. No two items will ever be the same, although I do endeavour to make things are similar as possible.

In the event that an item you have purchased is not what you thought, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package. I am happy to replace the item if I have another in stock or offer a credit/refund.

Please note that exchanged items will need to be posted at the expense of the buyer and only processed upon the safe return of said item/s. I encourage all returns to be sent with insurance through Australia Post in the event of breakages.

  • Sustainability

I aim to make my ceramic process as sustainable as possible. I recycle all the excess clay that I dont use, trim off, or pieces that simply don’t make the cut. All of this gets broken back down and eventually re- wedged to become something new.

I try to carry these practices into my packaging as well. Where possible I buy recycled cardboard boxes to pack my pieces into, and ask that these be re-recycled upon receiving your package. I use a combination of honeycomb paper (bubblewrap alternative), and only use bubblewrap that I have received in my own parcels that I would like to give a second life to. I aim to continue making my practices more sustainable and will soon be incorporating eco peanuts as a bubble wrap alternative. I also use paper tape to secure my boxes together, as well as my business cards which are made from old t-shirt offcuts and are 100% tree free!
